- Each Full Paying Participant is entitled to enrol ONE accompanying person along with his/her registration at no extra cost

- Employees or elected officers of an IAF member organization
- Current members of the IAA

| Retired persons |
|
- Retired persons refer to those who were born on or before September 27, 1950 and are full-time retired
- Retired persons must prove their date of birth by providing their ID card to the congress secretariat
- Retired person is entitled to enrol ONE accompanying person along with his/her registration at no extra cost

| Young professionals |
|
- Young professionals refer to those who were born on or after September 27, 1976
- Young professionals must prove their date of birth by providing thier ID card to the congress secretariat

| Full-time students |
|
- Full-time students must prove their status by providing the photocopies of their student ID and passport to the congress secretariat
- Participants must be enrolled in long-term everyday education process

| Accompanying persons |
|
- Registration of one Accompanying person per “Full paying participant” or “Retired person” is free of charge
- Accompanying persons will not have access to the IAC Technical Sessions

| Accredited press |
|
- Media accreditation is dealt with directly by the IAF and applications can be made via the IAF website www.iafastro.org
- Journalists must have a recognized Press card from their country and be able to demonstrate proof of their work

What is covered by the fee?
Delegate, student, postgraduate:
- Admission to all congress sessions
- Admission to all industry-supported symposia
- Admission to the Commercial Exhibition
- Admission to Poster Area
- Access to the Opening ceremony
- Acces to the Closing ceremony
- Admission to the Welcome Reception on September 27, 2010

- One congress bag including: Final Programme and Abstracts

Cancellations and Refunds
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing about the cancellation of the registration. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress. The following cancellation conditions apply:
- Cancellations received by June 30, 2010 - full refund of the registration fee less 30 EUR handling fee
- Cancellations received from July 1 till August 31, 2010 – 20% of the registration fee
- Cancellations received on and after September 1, 2010 - no refund
Name change
If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to Workshop Secretariat. A handling fee of 20 EUR will be charged for each name change.
